MANAGEMENT TEAM C.K. Hong, CEO, brings over two decades of high-tech management experience to Netlist. He most recently served as President of Infinilink, a DSL equipment manufacturer, and as executive vice president of Viking Components, Inc. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with LG where he held various senior management positions in the U.S and Korea. Mr. Hong holds an MS in technology management from Pepperdine University and a BS in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Gail Itow, CFO, has over 20 years experience in financial planning, fund raising and strategic transactions in technology ventures. She has served in various capacities throughout her career including VP of Finance at Netlist (where she played a role in taking the Company public in 2006); Senior VP of Finance and Treasurer at eMotion, Inc., previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak and CFO of MicroNet Technology, a value added reseller of high end storage. Ms Itow gained experience in public accounting as manager with Ernst & Young. Ms Itow holds a BA from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Christopher Lopes, Vice President of Sales, has 23 years of sales management, applications and design experience with Toshiba America, Philips Semiconductor, LSI Logic and Xicor. He began his career as a systems design engineer at Lockheed Missiles & Space. Mr. Lopes holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in electrical engineering from California State University, Sacramento. Steve McClure, Vice President of Business Development, brings over fifteen years experience establishing and growing new businesses, building partnerships and expanding customer engagements. Most recently, McClure served as Vice President of Marketing for Microsemi Corporation focused on business development and strategy, product development and product management. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Teridian Semiconductor Corporation where he led marketing, product strategy, engineering and product development. McClure received his Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from the University of Southern California. Jayesh Bhakta, Chief Technology Officer, has 24 years of electronic design experience at companies such as Hydo-Aire, Textron, Parker-Hannifin, SMT Products Corp. and Viking Components., Inc. Mr. Bhakta is a long-time member of JEDEC Board of Directors. He holds a BS in electrical engineering and a Certificate in microprocessor & software engineering from UCLA. Paik Ki Hong, Vice President of Procurement, has over 10 years of experience in purchasing and supply base management. He is responsible for all component procurement and supplier relationships at Netlist. Prior to joining the company in 2001, Mr. Hong was the owner and President of L'argent Corp., based in Washington D.C. Mr. Hong received his BS in Finance from the American University. Harrison Jin, Vice President of Manufacturing Technology & Operations, has two decades of experience in engineering and quality management in the semiconductor industry. Jin came to Netlist from Quadrant Components, Inc., where he spent over eight years as Vice President of Engineering and Research. He also oversaw Quadrant's China manufacturing and Korea sales and marketing operations. Prior to that, Jin spent more than 10 years with LG Semicon Co., Ltd. (currently Hynix Semiconductor Inc.) where he was a Director of Quality Assurance. Jin received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. Jon Siann, Vice President of Marketing, has a proven record for growing and launching product lines and brings more than 16 years of marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, including positions with Astute Networks, Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, Peregrine Semiconductor, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, and IBM. Siann came to Netlist from Astute Networks where he was Vice President, Marketing and responsible for all strategic and tactical marketing as well as product management. Siann graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic and electrical engineering from the University of Edinburgh in the UK. Devon Park, Vice President of Sales Operations, has owned and operated multiple companies in the high-technology arena for over 15 years. Prior to joining Netlist, he was the president of XRAM, Inc., a server manufacturer and leading supplier to the U.S. government. Mr. Park holds a BS in finance from Virginia Tech. Lamson Le, Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, has over 20 years of executive management experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry. He has a proven record in implementing critical quality function deployment and establishing effective framework to make quality an integral part of everyday business conduct. Prior to joining Netlist, Le served as a Director of Quality Assurance for 10 years at Quantum Systems Storage Group, a leading data protection provider for backup, recovery, and archive. His previous experience includes positions at Northrop Grumman, Rockwell Automation, and Odetics.
