C.K. Hong , ,

Chun K. Hong is one of the founders of Netlist and has served as president, chief executive officer and director since our inception. He assumed the title of chairman of the Board of Directors in 2004. Prior to Netlist, Mr. Hong was president and chief operating officer of Infinilink Corp., a communications software company based in Irvine, CA. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of Viking Components, Inc., a memory manufacturing company based in RSM, CA. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Hong held various management positions at LG subsidiaries in South Korea and in the U.S. He received a B.S. degree in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.S. degree in technology management from Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Management.

Gail Sasaki , ,

VP and CFO, has over 30 years of experience in financial planning and strategic transactions in technology companies. She joined Netlist in 2006 and helped take the Company public. Prior to Netlist, Ms. Sasaki served as Senior VP of Finance and Treasurer at eMotion, Inc., previously a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak, CFO of MicroNet Technology, and worked for many years in public accounting with Ernst & Young. Ms. Sasaki holds a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Brian Peterson , ,

Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, Mr. Peterson brings over 20 years of experience in managing sales, marketing, finance, operations and business development across global organizations. Before joining Netlist in 2015, Mr. Peterson served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Emulex Corporation, a global leader in storage and network connectivity, where he focused on Cloud, Storage, and emerging business for the company. Mr. Peterson also served in other senior positions at Emulex including Vice President, International Operations, a role in which he opened Emulex Ireland Corporation in Dublin in 2008 and was responsible for all business activity in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, he served in a variety of sales and business development management roles at 3Com Corporation and US Robotics. Mr. Peterson holds a BA from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College in Utah.

Jibum Kim , ,

Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Strategic Business Development, has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, procurement, and design. Mr. Kim most recently served as executive memory procurement advisor to LG Electronics. Prior to this, Mr. Kim was the Chief Marketing Officer of SK Hynix where he oversaw worldwide sales, marketing, and product planning. Prior to SK Hynix, Mr. Kim served as Vice President of DRAM design at LG Semicon, Inc. Mr. Kim holds a BS in Material Engineering from Hanyang University and an MS in Material Science & Technology from Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology.

Dr. Hyun Lee , ,

VP, CTO, has over 33 years of experience in transistor to system level design. Prior to joining Netlist, Dr. Lee was on the design teams of Lucent Technologies, AT&T Bell labs and Conexant Systems. He received his Ph.D in Information Theory from Lehigh University, and in addition holds an MSEE and BSEE from the University of Michigan. Dr. Lee is the holder of 39 US patents.

Noel Whitley , ,

VP Intellectual Property and Licensing, has over 18 years of experience developing and monetizing patent portfolios for technology companies. Before Netlist, Mr. Whitley served for over 8 years as VP of Intellectual Property at Broadcom, Inc., where he acted as the principal legal and business advisor to the company on matters related to patent portfolio development and monetization. Prior to Broadcom, he was in private practice with Cooley LLP and Stern, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, PLLC. Mr. Whitley holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law.

Vahid Ordoubadian , ,

VP of Advanced Engineering, has over 25 years of experience in IC design and engineering management. Before joining Netlist in 2015, Mr. Ordoubadian managed engineering teams at Cadence Design Systems as Sr. Director of Research and Development, at Broadcom as Director of IC Design Engineering and at STEC as VP of Advanced Technology Development. Mr. Ordoubadian received his BSEE from Cal State University, Long Beach and currently holds multiple U.S. patents.

Christopher Lopes , ,

VP Sales and co-founder, has more than 30 years of sales management, applications and design experience with Toshiba America, Philips Semiconductor, LSI Logic and Xicor, and began his career as a systems design engineer at Lockheed Missiles & Space. Mr. Lopes has a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Paik Ki Hong , ,

VP of Operations, has over 20 years of Operations and Supply Chain management experience in the technology field. His expertise extends to Netlist China where he has extensive involvement in supply chain strategy and lean manufacturing. Prior to joining Netlist in 2001, he was President of Largent Corporation. Mr. P.K. Hong holds a BS in Finance from American University and a certificate from the Stanford Executive Program.

Scott Milton , ,

VP Systems Engineering, has over 23 years of electrical design and technical management experience. Prior to joining Netlist in 2003, Mr. Milton served as design engineer, project manager, hardware engineering manager and system engineering manager for PairGain Technologies/ADC Telecommunications. Mr. Milton began his career as a member of the technical staff at TRW where he designed hardware for ATM switching products. He holds a BSEE from UCLA (Magna Cum Laude) and an MSEE from the University of Southern California. Mr. Milton currently holds eight US patents.

Harrison Jin , ,

VP Suzhou Engineering, has 26 years of experience in engineering and quality management in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Netlist in 2007, he served as VP Engineering and R&D for Quadrant Components for 8 years. In this role, He also oversaw Quadrant's China manufacturing and Korea sales operations. Previously, he spent over 10 years with LG Semicon Co., Ltd. (currently Hynix Semiconductor Inc.) where he was Director of Quality. Mr. Jin received his BS in Physics from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
